How to be a good intern

- Take opportunities: In the life we have to make choices but sometimes we can just create choices ...

Lemme explain me :

An internship is the best way to say: "Hey, I’m just a two-year-student and I can do better than your employees. It’s just about competition. You have to become better than the masters, show that their chair is not reserved and tomorrow you can be at their place.

Believe me, I have done it and have a job promised in my internship in only two weeks.


- Show who you are : To get a job is not just about skills but also about personality, especially in North America. I have met the two new employees hired during the summer. Of course, they both have greet careers before being hired, but what the VP loves the most is the six-year stay one employee has done in South Korea teaching English. He has met his wife there and come to Canada, his natal country with her (what a cute story! )
The other is Colombian and is a girl on fire as Alicia Keys can say! She was leading her team alone and was a key component of her enterprise. But she also knows how to impose her ideas by her way of speaking so caliente !

For me, the two main keys, skills and personality are as important as punctuality, politeness, serious but can make the difference from someone who is just validating its credits at school to someone who is creating its network and developing its business sense !
